An indenture recording the sale of land by Mary Smith, the "Relict and solo executrix" of her husband Daniel's estate. In 1699, Mary sold forty rods of land in Watertown, Massachusetts, to her son Daniel Smith for ten shillings. Her son John was a witness to the execution of the indenture.
